No kidding… Paul has consulted with top executives at Fortune-100 companies like Cisco, Adobe, IBM, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan/Chase, and Accenture, and other CEOs running billion and multi-billion dollar businesses. But his real and true passion is helping small business owners and entrepreneurs double, triple, and 10x their profits.
In the last few years, Paul’s global base of private clients, including nutritional supplement manufacturers and distributors, internet, SAAS, and technology services providers, professional services companies, health care practices, investor-backed startups, solopreneurs, and other businesses with revenues ranging from high-six and low-seven figures to around $25 million in sales, have created more than $400,000,000 in profits and additional wealth. That’s the profit equivalent of two to three billion in extra sales.
But Paul isn’t a typical coach or consultant. He knows what works in real businesses, the kind where the owner and family’s livelihood is on the line. He started his first software company with a partner and $3,000 of credit card debt, selling it three years later for a valuation just under nine million dollars. He then launched another software company and ultimately sold to a large German Bank. He’s started several other companies since then, among them a sales training company and a business coaching franchise.
After selling his software companies and spending time as a market strategist for technology giants like IBM, HP and Dell, he realized that his next life’s purpose was making it easier for entrepreneurs just like him to succeed and become wealthy.
Paul’s lucky clients market both online and offline, sell both services and products, and create value in a broad range of new and traditional industries including e-commerce, main-street retail, nutritional supplements, doctors and dentists, software and SaaS, information publishing, manufacturing, engineering, accounting, real estate, dating, lead generation, insurance, construction, … the list is long and varied. His sole focus is to uncover the critical points of leverage that will rocket his client’s growth, and then help them to implement strategies and tactics to profit from that leverage. This translates into a range of services in lead generation, brand development, sales optimization, product creation, pricing, customer monetization, financing, and growth by acquisition.
Paul graduated from the University of Buffalo with a Bachelors of Fine Arts, and studied at New York University’s Stern School for his MBA in Marketing and International Business. He’s also a member of American Mensa, which he joined to add some ummph to his bio and compensate for not having studied at Harvard, and well… because he could.
