This self-assessment helps you discover whether you are prepared to make transformational shifts in your business. Rank each of the twenty statement from 1 - 5 where "1" means this statement is totally false, and "5" means it is totally true. "3" means you are not sure.

Scoring: 80-100 means you are totally prepared, 60-80 means you still have some work to do. 0-59 indicates that you should get some coaching support right away if you are committed to your transformation.
