Most of those people were my business coaching and business advisory clients. But you know what? That isn't for everybody. Some people would rather go their own way, but could still benefit tremendously from a two day session designed to revamp their strategy and their game plan.

That's where the Growth Strategy Workshop comes in. To kick things off, you’ll complete a detailed questionnaire and strategic look at your business.  Over the years, many business owners have said that this process earned back their investment right then and there.  Then we meet, typically for two days. It might be with just you, or it could be with your whole leadership team. Again, that’s something we will discuss. Some people prefer to come to San Diego; sometimes I come to you.

During that two-day meeting we analyze the issues in your business, your market, your products and services, your opportunities, your staff, your infrastructure, your finances.  We consider everything that’s relevant to putting your business on a faster track.   By the end of that meeting we create a game plan designed to help you reach your goals over the next twelve months. 

The fees for this program are $25,000 if you and your team come to San Diego, and $30,000 (plus expenses) if you'd like me to come to your offices.
